01 The problem

Large organisations were changing how they design software, and how designs reach developers. At the same time, voice and language interfaces were arriving: the first wave of people talking to machines, with few patterns to follow.

02 What I did

With Adobe’s XDI team I ran discovery with enterprise design and technical teams across APAC, to find where the path from design to development was slowing them down.

Then I ran enablement workshops: streamlining design-to-development handover, and prototyping voice and language interfaces so teams could test them with real people before committing to build.

More than 30 enterprise teams across APAC, including Transport for NSW and David Jones, worked through discovery and enablement with me.
